HANNAH KIM
SELECTED WORKS 2020-2024

I am an architectural designer based in NYC. My interests lie in architecture's relationship to technology, art, and worldbuilding.

This interest has pushed me to constantly think of how our ever-evolving culture and tools demand us to constantly re-represent and re-occupy the built world in new ways.

144 Greenpoint Avenue is a new development that reframes and adds onto Greenpoint Avenue’s Polonaise Terrace. This project aims to transform an abandoned structure into retail and office space. Due to it’s landmark status, the design was sent through LPC and approved with minor changes to the facade.

While working on this project, I’ve collaborated with my project team to submit to LPC, create design iterations for the entry and lobby interior, and create a comprehensive Design Development and Construction Documents package.

My direct contributions to this project are the modeling and rendering of the lobby space, communicating with custom plaster paneling manufacturers for the interior panels, the layouts for the Revit pages representing the lobby, creation of 3D views for the LPC submission, and the creation of parametric Revit families during the CD phase.
